☆☆☆☆ I had an awful experience with their receptionist, "Will". He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and has zero idea how to properly answer a phone call. When I politely asked to speak with a manager, he hung up on me. It’s shocking that someone like this is allowed to represent the company. Will should learn the most basic phone ethics before ever being allowed to speak to customers again. If this is the type of service they tolerate, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this business.

Employment wise, they don't pay well at all. O ly employees that stay there are the supervisors and assistants.

I love living here with so many amenities! The terrace is a great place to sit in the late evenings and the garden is gorgeous. The fitness center has all of the specialized equipment and there is so much more. The staff is the nucleus of the Towers. They are kind and professional. This is the best place in Houston for high rise living.

When i come in there the workers are there to open the door asking how is your morning. The place is so so clean. This is a wonderful place to say.
