I lived at Warwick Terrace for almost 2 years and I loved it! I never had any problems and any maintenance request I had were always completed right away. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The neighborhood is great; very family friendly and safe. The apartments feel like you are in a duplex rather than an apartment. They also are very accepting of pets; I had a big American bulldog. I would definitely recommend Warwick Terrace.
Although my first attempt to move in didn't work, and my refrigerator didn't work, and my kitchen window doesn't close, I really do like the apartment so far. And the staff has gone out of their way to accommodate all of the drama.
