My storage got broken into all of our stuff was taken. 9 years of living here, and all they do is raise rent, Never any improvement to make the complex worth it. My husband and I fell upon tough times, and our church was willing to help us with rent, and they wouldn't allow the church to pay our rent. Eric wouldn't allow it. People moving in have destroyed the place, allowing their kids to run around late at night and throw trash everywhere. The kids kick the ball up the stairs, hitting my door.
Our cars get vandalized, homeless people bath in our pool, and do drugs in our parking area....there is no management on site... we are left to fend for ourselves
