It is a shame the office is getting a one because everyone was kind besides Jessica Cohn PA who was unfortunately “the only person who could see me for weeks”. I am open to new doctors and trust they are in the field to give their best advice, care and knowledge. Well, this backfired on me being so kind. Waited over an hour for appointment, as about 20 ppl came in and out for their appointments, and when I got back there they said the computers were down. But why we’re about 20 pts seen before us??? Not very good service. And dr Taylor is mediocre. Seems impatient and was annoyed with my questions. Not impressed with her expertise.
Office hours irregular and hours on google search not accurate and when you come on time for appointment please know you won't be seen for quite a while. But when you get them they come through and get you an appointment right away (you'll just have to be patient ...no pun intended..and wait your turn) Doctors and staff are both kind, compassionate and it is a warm family friendly office. So while their logistics stink they really are the best family care givers around.
