Went in around 8:20pm with a badly twisted and swollen ankle, and was out by 9:30pm, so just about an hour total. Check-in was quick with almost no wait. Once inside I was on a bed within minutes, and the pace never really slowed down. The first nurse came by within about 5 minutes of check-in with an ice pack and asked some initial questions, then shortly after another nurse came to take vitals. Took my wife here to the emergency room because she had painful kidney stones, after being there for hours they said because there was no urologist on staff, they couldn't do anything, basically told us we had to go to another hospital
