Went to make a claim on a faulty part on a $6000 gearbox that shit it's self after 40,000km but they said they don't make the shit they sell they are just happy to sell the rubbish. I went to see them but they said it had nothing to do with them. They only sell the parts. Actually under Australian consumer Law they are responsible for what they sell. The gearbox has a 20,000km warranty but that dose not cover anything that breaks. Not sure if that is worth anything. It's like the oil will last longer than the gearbox.
I was travelling through and had an issue with my car and they were able to squeeze me in to find the problem and supply the part but unfortunately didn't have the time to fix it so I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed which was easier due to already having the part that needed fixing.
Couldn't fault the service they gave me, Craig was great with communication and making sure all was ready to go when I picked up my new ute and even arranged insurance through them which was way cheaper than what I could find
With regards to a normal service, they are OK - BUT BE CAREFUL !! One time the oil, after supposedly being changed, looked nearly as dirty as the old oil. The mechanic said they followed recommended procedure for the change. Another time, an O-Ring needed replacing in the air-conditioner. Couple of months later the air-con compressor seized.
