With regards to a normal service, they are OK - BUT BE CAREFUL !! One time the oil, after supposedly being changed, looked nearly as dirty as the old oil. The mechanic said they followed recommended procedure for the change. Another time, an O-Ring needed replacing in the air-conditioner. Couple of months later the air-con compressor seized. Needed a transfer case seal replaced under warranty for our Navara. Had a diagnostic done at different Nissan service centre while on holiday where the issue was discovered. We decided to book into Warwick Nissan to have the issue resolved as it was closer to home. The team at Warwick informed me that they would have to conduct another diagnostic assessment by their team as per policy before they could order in the new part. We did that and then rebooked again two weeks in advance so that the part could be delivered in time.... read more
