I haven’t had a bad experience at Warwick Nails before. Unfortunately, today, I did. I can see they’ve hired new staff. I came in with the intention of getting a gel French pedicure. The man, when trying to get the old gel polish off my nails, burned me with the drill, twice. He continued to use it even after I winced and my feet jerked away from. Left here feeling the same ”why did I bother coming here” energy as per usual. Having the owner do your nails gets you no perks or quality service. I sat for 35 minutes waiting for a gel manicure. Then sat in his chair for maybe 15 minutes - half of which was interrupted by phone calls. I can’t tell you if he even looked at me or my nails at all. The experience was very transactional. I would give a 0 if I could. The guy answering the phone kept taking more appointments while people were waiting more than an hour to even get started. When I was sat to get a mani-pedi I discussed the price with the woman working with me. I was paying for myself and two daughters. They charged me 10 dollars x 3 more than price discussed before service. I told the woman ringing me up about the price I was quoted, but she insisted this was the price.
