not a good place to live they will not return my deposit and trying to make stuff up so they can keep my deposit. I sold both of my houses by the grace of God I would not recommend living here.. then put me in collections and I own the property and gave proof, but there’s nobody to speak to about this. I would not recommend this place to move in..

This trailer park is awful they never answer and sometimes they’re not in the office when it’s office hours. They always say the phones were down excuses after excuses. They shut the water off all the time with no notice. The towing company has took our car several times we had to get police involved. They’re gonna go bankrupt soon because a lot of people have left cause no body wants to live here anymore. And they only give us 1 visitor pass which is crazy. Updating 2026. lot rent fee now raised to $80/mo. last yr was raised $50/mo, past years raised$45/mo. Manager retaliates by raising lot rent. My water bill was incorrect for 8 months. When I report to her she and her assistant blow me off for 8 months. Was not till I requested to speak to owner Lisa Waits ,only then was I was told my manager .... wrong acct., number on my bill. Their error. Manager said for 8 mos., "we will look into it", but not. so I was overcharged 8 months $500. Had to go above her then she resolved matt... read more

The manager Jennifer treats the residents good. She is a very nice and attentive person. I recommend Warwick to future tenants.
