Bought a new gearbox for my 2015 ute that shit the gearbox at 120k Km and the new on shit it's self at 50k Km. No one wants to know about warranty. Going to drag them through Fair Trading and the courts if I have too. Just selling rubbish.
Dealership service team are good to deal with, friendly and interested in resolving my issue. Takes 90 minutes of travel to get there sadly. They are friendly and interested to deal with which helps. UPDATE: reduced rating due to ongoing warranty issues not being resolved and not checked before handing over the vehicle.
Hands down worst and biggest rip off place ive ever been. Told me I needed a new battery for $700. Got the power levels tested elsewhere and was completely fine and still is a year later. Also got quoted $2500 for new brakes on my 2019 Ranger. Got them fixed elsewhere for $400.
First time using this dealership for my car service very happy
Absolutely appalling service. Have a gas powered falcon and even though they don't have a certification to service a gas car. It broke down outside the dealership. Instead of offering help or assistance considering there ford they call the police and make a complaint. I had to walk 3.5kms to go get some help to go get the car. I had considering buy a new Ford from this dealership in the new year.
