I was kept well informed during the process of purchasing my Ute. When I picked up my Ute , I felt that all the information was passed on very carefully and professionally. So when I left the dealership, I was ready to go.
Great service, nice service staff and car dealt with quickly and efficiently. First time here but now my regular place for my car. Update I have now been with this dealership for 5 years, still very happy with Ford Warwick. Great service and I wait for my vehicle, its done quickly and efficiently while I wait in the lounge. TV, newspapers, coffee and water available there to keep you satisfied.
At 4:30Pm on this Friday gone i went to the service centre with a split intercooler hose on my 2024 BiTurbo Ford Ranger . I had another 30 minutes to travel to get home but it was too serious an issue to do so. The engine light was on and Limp Mode likely would have happened. Katie was very kind, asked the Service Manger to have a look. He came straight away said they had the part and would i be prepared to wait as they were busy and it was late afternoon Friday.
