Staff very friendly
I was told they wanted to help. I did not realize it was within limitations. When I first contacted MCC I explained that my brother had a service animal and they originally said it shouldn’t be a problem. However, when we got there the person who was supposed to do our intake said they had sent a notice that we couldn’t bring her. I said if I had seen such notice than we wouldn’t have come at all.
