I lived here for 1 year and I will try to keep it brief. Move here at your own risk! My car was vandalized twice! They have no plan of action of how to reduce these kinds of incidents from happening nor do they express this before you move in. The walls are super thin, you can hear your neighbor snoring, talking on the phone, laughing and playing video games. There are mice! If i could give no stars i would they don’t do nothing around the premises they spray every 5/6 months and charge you every month. The walls are paper thin and they just slap cheap appliances that will break within a week of you moving in so save your time and money and find a better company. Prism real estate is terrible and Mariana is not worry talking to your basically talk to a grown kid that has listening problems.

Lived here almost a year now, love how close everything is. Maintenance is great and addresses any issues right away. Office staff is amazing!
