This apartment complex is so negligent!! Peek summer in Houston, our AC started to malfunction we submitted a maintenance request on a Friday morning and they told us that they couldn’t do much about it since it was the weekend and they had to replace the compressor but it would be fixed the upcoming Monday. We understood and we waited the whole weekend with hopes that it would be fixed early. By Monday our apartment was near 80 degrees inside, it was already 3pm and no maintenance was done.
