My wife and i were recently looking for an apartment. Will keep looking after the unpleasant welcoming that we got from the lady inside the office. If i was treated like that as a prospect i can only imagine as a tenant.
I have lived here for three years and renewed my lease in July only because the previous management team was outstanding. Recently I referred a friend to tour the community; she was assisted by Angie. My friend left extremely disappointed. Angie was dismissive, arrogant, and not helpful when answering her questions. Because of that interaction, I lost a referral and the community lost a potential resident. I plan to move out when my lease ends. This was very disappointing and embarrassing!
Disappointing i would take my money somewhere else
The staff here is amazing. I was so overwhelmed with a plan for a last minute relocation, that I reached out to all available resources. When, I say they never stopped reaching out, checking in on me and my progress, I mean it. I love consistency.
