I’ve been living at the osprey apartments for a year and everything is ok. Josh is always on it whenever I call about anything. He’s the best!
Been a resident for about a year. Josh has always been helpful since I first moved in.
Had raised maintenance request months ago and still nothing… when we call them they just say that it’s gonna take time and still charging for that thing which is not working
Lived here for 3 years. Terrible Living experience. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE. The managers do not care about you, all they care about is money. The maintenance team is absolutely atrocious. you could be living with mold for a year and they couldn’t care less. Between all the leaks, vinyl flooring “that should last 7-10 years” coming up and them charging you for you it, and the maintenance team using the cheapest materials they could find.
