I have been living at The Osprey for about 6 months now. I have a background in property management, so my expectations are very high. With my experience so far, I would have to say they have exceeded my expectations. The service team and office staff are very pleasant. They have always had a quick response to my maintenance concerns. The one time I waited was when they were waiting on a part for my washer. Place isn’t bad, but they have an emergency maintenance contact and they never answer the phone, button isn’t even an option when you call the number stated. Locked out and nobody responds
Whew, where to start with this review. If you have the choice to live any where, live any where but here. The cost for these apartments is way too much to be sharing your apartments with critters. YES, I said CRITTERS as in multiple. Not only do they have a horrible roach problem. In our apartment we had a whole colony of mice. We killed 20 mice in 1 month. I threw out so many small appliances for fear of bringing roaches into my next place, and it the mice pissing and shitting in the toaster causing my family to get sick. T... read more
