Warthen Fuel has been providing fuel for my company for the last three years. At the end of January I was informed by the bank that the company account had been erroneously closed. I had paid Warthen using a check from that account and the day after the electronic pmt was returned I paid Warthen the full amt of the original pmt along with information from my bank showing the problem was the result of a banking error.
