Where do I begin. Let’s start with her bedside manor. Wow, honestly I’m still in shock. This woman clearly has a problem with working class people. While being examined I mentioned my job to her and she immediately blames my job on my skin issues. She then goes on to discuss how people should get better jobs and more education and not be dependent on the system. So I went for my annual checkup and I had a few things I wanted to discuss with the doctor. I was told they only address one issue per visit. So she asked me which one was most important to me. Well duh skin cancer screening of course. So I guess they want a separate appt/copay for each issue. Secondly every time I go here, they tell me I haven’t met my deductible and I have to pay upfront. I did read reviews, but I was also able to get a quick appointment. I appreciate the fact that I was able to do that. The negative is that they want your money upfront, because your insurance says they pay “this” (it’s a month after my insurance paid EVERYTHING and I’m still waiting for my refund). I had to fight on my second visit to know what my deductible was and what had already been paid. They wanted me to pay an additional $500 on top of the $600 I had paid.
