This place was terrible. Like, God awful. After waiting in the lobby for a while, which smelled like sanitizer and broken dreams, the medical assistant called me back and was horribly mean. When I was explaining my symptoms and frustrations with my skin, she kept looking at me like I was a disgusting monster. To make it even better, Dr. Mandy comes in and keeps pushing this expensive face cream that made my skin even worse. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the most disorganized and mismanaged organization that I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. They lack the intelligence to make appointments and keep appointments. It makes everything else moot. My simple story is I had an appointment on Tuesday, I called to reschedule. They said we have one available at our McKinney location, which is closest to me at 9 AM on Wednesday. Perfect, I’ll take it. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a doctors office. Reception was okay at best. Got there early and waited like 30 minutes. When I got my EOB I was charged for extended visit but only talked to the doctor for like 5 minutes. Would not recommend even as a last resort.
Where do I begin. Let’s start with her bedside manor. Wow, honestly I’m still in shock. This woman clearly has a problem with working class people. While being examined I mentioned my job to her and she immediately blames my job on my skin issues. She then goes on to discuss how people should get better jobs and more education and not be dependent on the system.
