If I could give a zero rating.. I would. I hired Kim Warshawsky to defend me in a challenge of mine and my husbands trust (after he passed away) by his ex-wife. I won the case but only because she brought in Mike Nicodema (Head Partner) of her previous firm. The part she needed to handle was to make sure that a clause from the trust stating that anyone who challenged the trust and lost would be responsible to pay my legal fees.
