Good management company haven't had any issues with them.
Do not live here, these people are slumlords and don’t care if you die in their building. I had a lightbulb explode over my head because of a faulty stove that I dealt with for months, lost tons of food. I’ve had crystals from the chandeliers falling on my head, no one cares. We’ve rented with Warshaw for 4 years and have had a great experience. Our apartment has been reasonably priced and when we need things, Jen is very attentive and accommodating. Overall, it has been a positive experience renting with Warshaw and I’d recommend them to anyone!
Worst landlord that I have dealt with. To name a few instances to show her incompetence. I and another girl moved in together with someone who had already lived there the previous year into one of their 3 bedrooms. When we arrived aug 1st we never received our keys and had to get our own. We asked her a couple times for keys and then said that it is our responsibility… I understand a set of keys that we got from the past roommate but we still needed one more set.
