I was rear ended by another car in Novi in 2018. This case carried on like most workers comp cases for years. The insurance company tries to break you by stopping all money payouts. If you are going to ask everyone to take a settlement, don’t make them wait two years, or until they are too far in debt to ever get out. He has more interest in the concerns of giant corporations. There is no deterrent whatsoever!! Radical! Tax payers and I paid for all of my medical debt. Look out for hospitals, rehab facilities, and prescribers not doing proper tests at proper times….! I have worked with Richard L Warsh law offices for over 3 years; referred to by Sam Bernstein. This has to be the most unorganized/unprofessional law office in Michigan. I am currently going through a very difficult workers comp case, and during the years I feel like I have been given the run around.
