I fully recommend Warsaw Federal and specifically Tom McHugh who was our Mortgage Loan Officer. He was incredibly kind and extremely responsive. We were selling an out of state home at the same time as buying a new home in a tricky market and he was the exact person you want in your corner during stressful times. My first purchase of a home was with Thomas McHugh at Warsaw Federal. As a new home purchaser, there was much trepidation about taking such a big step.
