Love this place the staff is so friendly. Everyone there listens to what you want what's going on. They never pressure you on your buying glasses that you don't want or that's out of your buget..

I always enjoy my eye appointments with Dr. Temple and the staff at Warsaw Family Eyecare. Everyone is very professional and kind, and they are always willing to answer any questions that I have. While my personal experience was less than eventful, Dr. C. listened to and addressed some issues concerning Family EyeCare's procedures in appointment scheduling. I wish them well as Family Eyecare expands their service in Warsaw.
My husband and I both see Dr. Caughell but what got us started was our son! He has a rare genetic disorder that can cause vision issues and we wanted the best pediatric optometrist for him (without having to go to Riley)! We see Dr. Caughell ever 6 months with our son and we've never waited more than 5-10 minutes to get taken back.
