Shane and Zac were awesome! Called into the dealership the night before I came in, traded my car in and bought a truck the next day. It was a very quick and easy process and they took great care of me, they were great to work with as well!
I don’t recommend this place For service or warranty work made an appointment they told me OK. I brought it in. They had it looked at it and says they won’t take my warranty because they’re not a certified Mopar dealer so I had to pay $179 to get my jeep back out of the service center, and then I had to take it to another Jeep dealer that’s certified. This is bullshit
I had been looking at trucks for almost a year when my girlfriend insisted that I go in and meet with Tom Roberts. I told him what I wanted and what my budget needed to be. He was excellent! No wasting time or pressure just gave me numbers and options! I found the perfect truck and for a great price!!!! Go in and ask for Tom! This guy gets it done.
I live nearly 3 hours away in the Detroit area, but this is the fourth GMC Canyon I have purchased from Warsaw GMC. They give a good price on a trade-in and pick up vehicle while delivering the new one with no hassle at all. Great people to work with whereas my local GMC dealer just 1 mile from me is a total pain in the butt both for Sales and for Service. Think about that!
