I would not recommend at all and definitely will not be going back. I took my truck in on a Friday and they told me they would either look at it that day or the next, when I called Tuesday because they hadn’t called me yet they said that they hadn’t looked at it, I left it there for two weeks later then my schedule date and when they said they’d look at it before. I was told I was buying a 4x4 and they sold me a 2wheel drive. When I went back in to point it out I was rudely confronted and they acted totally dumbfounded. This is the worse experience ive ever had.
Making an appointment was very convenient online. Wait time was about an hour. Decent for a diesel oil change. I traveled 45 mins to a dodge dealer for reputable service. I was happy at first. I return back home (45 mins) to find oil everywhere. I called the manager and he sent a tow truck to pick up my truck. The next day I received a phone call at 12PM that a o-ring was bad and the oil filter was leaking.
