If it was possible to rate with 0 stars I would!!! I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze in March of 2017. I’ve only had it a year and it’s had 2 engine problems and a stereo problem. First engine problems was when the car was around 17,000 miles. I just got my car out of the shop for the second engine prob. It is at 37,000 miles. Team said they would call GM and see if I could get money on a trade in but I never heard anything about it. Now they are refusing to give me a trade in or put a new engine in my 2017 car. What A Rip Off got My Car towed there because it wasn't starting in I had a brand new battery that I just bought!! The Guy calls in tells me (Ray) said that My Starter needs replaced in that it was gonna be 800.00 so I said forget that n got towed back home, opened the hood in immediately say there was a dirty old battery in the cover that went over battery was missing so I called n told the Lady that someone swapped Batteries n She kept saying Knowone took it in asked what kind is the battery in car I said AutoZone she said... read more
