Gabriel was a great salesman. He took care of all our needs. I would have given them 5 stars were it not for Anthony. He was a blatant liar. He gave me 7.9% APR. Now I have over 800 credit rating, but he tells me that that was the going rate everywhere. Cadillac where I usually buy my cars was offering 4.9%. Other dealers were also offering less. Shady business practice because unfortunately it is a sellers market. You don't want this car someone else is waiting to buy it.
I was interested in selling my 2004 Dodge truck and made an appointment at Beck & Masten. Wayne promptly met with me and got the process started. Within no time he came back with an offer that I was happy with. The whole process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend Beck & Masten for their outstanding service.
I am very happy with my overall experience with the purchase of my new truck. My sales rep was very knowledgeable about the features of the truck, as well as demonstrated how to work the inbed towing system (since I was buying the truck without my husband present).
Rob and the service department rocks....they serviced and repaired my C6 Corvette (smoke test for fuel system) with superb professional acumen and it was done in literally 24 hours. They brought me home and picked me up when ready. Price was fair and I even got a 10% veterans discount....my "go to" shop for my baby now! Thanks ya'll!
The first time I was there I bought the part for my car and it wasn't even put on went there 3 times! Problem Never Solved! If I Could rate a 0 I would!! Still having the same issue! Going legal this time!!!!! And find another Dealership!!!!
I have purchased several vehicles from Tom Sheehan and have been very happy with the price and service. The last time I brought my truck in was because it was pulling to the right. The service writer was friendly and professional as always and he told me he was going to give my vehicle to one of his most experienced alignment men. Took my truck in a few years ago to have the transmission serviced. They replaced the torque converter and it appeared to be fixed. A few years later the same issues are occurring and I take it to another dealer who determines that Maxwell damaged the replacement trans filter during installation. Maxwell's service manager Rick Wheeler's opinion was something should have happened while it was under warranty otherwise they couldn't care less.
