Terrible business! I wish i would have known these employees at Napa aren't certified mechanic.The owner Dennis cant fix cars or have knowledge about cars. I took 1978 chevy caprice to him to fix, he couldn't fix it. I had to get a towe company to drop my car off at home because, he couldn't fix the brakes or speed cable. I don't know what his purpose was calling and telling me it's fix. This man clearly need to be exit out of management he don't know how to treat customers or do business. Napa will never receive my business... read more
