Terrible. Took all of us to get a check up and had a heap of fillings done between us all, only to have mine feel like they have chipped as they are now rough. My daughter went for a consult at a different clinic for Invisalign only to be told every single filling Smile did needs replacing.
As a new client I contacted Warrnambool Smile Group, expecting to go on a waiting list. I was so surprised when they managed to fit me in the following day. The technician I saw was very friendly and made me feel at ease, explaining everything in detail before performing any work. She kept me updated through the whole procedure ensuring that I was feeling comfortable at all times. I would highly recommend their services.
Dr Eunice was great. Very happy with my treatment. She explained everything to me and showed how much she cared. Given I have such a fear of dentists I was very pleased with the care. Reception staff were great as well. Thankyou :)
I saw Dr Eunice at this clinic and my experience here with both her and reception has been great :) She successfully found the source of my issue within minutes. My symptoms started dissipating from day one and I'm in a much better state than before I came. This clinic is great at answering questions and providing follow-ups. I'd recommend going if you have an issue that may take time to resolve. Also good if you like having a dentist who can take notes and keep track of patients well.
