Again the Smile team way exceeded expectations. A huge chunk fell off a back tooth Wednesdy night and by 4pm Thursday the tooth has had a full restoration. Service that could not have been improved. Healthcare in the Southwest is not all bad. Thank you Smile
Their dental work seemed fine. But one time they called to cancel an appointment at the last minute when I had already driven half an hour to attend. Things go wrong in life - apparently the dentist was unwell - so I didn't make an issue of it. Then, next time, I called ahead of time to check if the appointment was going ahead, but they didn't answer the phone multiple times and I left several messages asking them to call back. This practice was able to fit me in very quickly. I also appreciate the kind and humorous personality of the team. A welcome distraction for my nerves.
