I like dentists, I just don't like going. Having just moved to Warrnambool and having a tooth chip was not ideal. I called and reception staff were very helpful and while an appointment was a week away they put me on a waitlist. They contacted me after a cancellation and I was in next day. I get tense at the dentist but Katie (and the technician) were great. Dr Daniel is my number one favorite dentist. He's the most skilful, caring,and intelligent practitioner I have ever met. I was genuinely very impressed by his technique and expertise. My highest regard for him He's absolutely brilliant,very kind and professional.

Dentist replaced a filling. Now it's so painful that it has to be extracted. My tooth was fine prior to this Dentist's work. Injections weren't effective and swelled my tongue so much that it was obstructing my airway. My oral surgeon said the dentist injected the anaesthetic too low. He said the anaesthetic shouldn't have swollen my tongue in that way. I had to open my mouth wide to breathe. I had to lie down because I couldn't even swallow. I have now transferred to another Dentist.
