OMG..... we came here because of the great reviews and our expectations were exceeded!! we had a problem with the bracket on our drawbar where the jockey wheel attaches and Bill knew what we were talking about, grabbed a tool and a replacement part, walked out to our camper and fixed the problem on the spot in less than 5 minutes. we were back on the road in no time, able to continue our holiday like nothing had happened! Great place to get a caravan with very friendly service
Just bought a van from Billy and the crew. Talk about great to deal with. He showed us everything in the van and how to fix it. We were just about to leave when he saw a loose catch. Replaced it . He did not want anything to leave that was not perfect. Defiantly give them a go
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Absolutely Outstanding Service Amazing team. Truly genuine, kind, and willing to help. They took my stress levels from 100 to zero in the space of three minutes. When we had an issue with the van we’d hired, we actually turned back from the Grotto on the Great Ocean Road just to see if they could help — and it was so worth it. They went above and beyond, and we left feeling completely reassured. Huge thank you to the whole team. Highly recommend.
