I went in with my husband and was standing there as he made an appointment. They issued him the card with the appointment time written down. He had to wait for a while, but that's not the problem. When the time of the appointment came round, he went to his appointment and there's no record of the appointment. Very bad form. We will not be returning.
My ankles were so uncomfortable that I almost stopped running. Matt Colbert after only a couple of short appointments had me back doing parkrun PBs.
