Dr Lorraine Ong is amazing I am absolutely amazed at how fantastic my cataract surgery has gone it’s unbelievable and pain free I can not recommend her and her team highly enough she is just wonderful regards Noreen Murphy
Appointment time way to long 2.5hrs or more found Dr Ong rushed abrupt rude not very compassionate towards senior people found they had to waite to long.
Inept.. useless.. If they say a 2 till 4 appointment expect that to be till 6.. possibly back at a later date... If you can go else where
Dr Ong was excellent. Great communication, no extended waiting, very professional.
