These guys are not Professionals, they are just the lowest bidders. I lived in an apartment with cockroaches for 3 months because they didn't have the ability to figure it out. I almost had to pay a giant lease break fee but I was able to prove that the managers and these professionals were negligent in controlling the cockroaches.
