I usually get my tires at Discount Tire because they typically have the best price around. Just for shi*s and giggles, I called Warrior Tire last week to price the 2 new tires I was needing. The guy that answered the phone was very nice and gave me a price quickly. Before hanging up the phone, Chris asked if there was anything he could do to keep my business local. Though I've never purchased tires from Warrior Tire, they fixed my leaking tire (nail), did a first class repair job and didn't charge me a dime! It was free. I couldn't believe it. Was recommended by somebody to get my tire patched here. After patching the tire the manager comes back with two broke tire studs and says "we broke your tire studs". I asked ok how long would it take to fix he said oh we're not gonna fix it this is Toyota's fault they put defective parts on your car. My car had 14k miles on it and those tires have been roster twice there was never a problem with the tires studs if you brake somebody material especially if your a "professional" business you need to fix it.
Great customer service! I will definitely be back. Got a new tire and my tires rotated in 25 minutes.
