The billing process was very helpful. They email you your invoice about a week before it is due. Also, I was able to pay online which was convenient since I was out of state most of the time. I actually forgot my login information a few times and the manager was helpful in gaining it back. Oh yeah and they have security cameras which made me feel better leaving my stuff there. Don't be late, due to unfortunate circumstances my son was late. The lady I been dealing with was so mean and rude when I spoke to her on Saaturday. I am in my 60's and I have never been talked to the way this young lady did. After I got off the phone I just sat there and cried, I told my husband i never want to ever talk to her again. I know my son shouldn't have been late but after his brain surgery his wife left him so we had to store his things.
