I woke up with a cold house and a furnace that would only run on auxillary heat and still wasn’t keeping the house even somewhat warm. I reached out to my church friends and Warrior heating and cooling/Scott Payne’s name kept coming up, so I called and left a message. Thankfully it was just the thermostat! I’m very pleased with how polite, knowledgeable, and efficient they were throughout the whole process. They wouldn’t even let me clean up the little mess on the floor from the job they did! This company installed a tankless water heater at my elderly parents house. Quoted them for one and installed a cheaper one that was defective and they have had constant issues with it since it was installed. The company will no longer answer their phone calls and honor the warrantee.
Great people to work with, they do what they say they will do.
Very professional, arrived on time, did not waste time and were very efficient. Our new unit is working great. Thank you for great service.
They came within 24 hours but seem to not be able to fix the problem in one visit so we have a brand new unit a year old and have had problems for months now. Should not have to pay service fees on a new unit.
