My first ever gym/any fitness related thing. It still is. I learned how to lift and a lot of things here. I didn't know how and was pretty late 2do fitness.. That's the thing, they're for "learning".. or rehab, general fitness, etc.. No 'athletes' there were ever even faster or stronger than my lazy self; even when I was learning, and I was applying more effort. But I don't hate on them for rehabbing themselves or do fitness. Great place to workout, Vince is a great instructor, highly recommend this place to get yourself into shape
I've contacted the gym owner twice to freeze my gym membership and haven't responded. After that, I contacted him about canceling my gym membership, and I have yet to get a response or email confirmation about the membership being canceled. I've been paying $75 weekly for a gym I went to once, and I don't feel like going back after being ignored for weeks about freezing my membership. PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP
