Three months in and have to say what a little hidden gem. Sean programs the best workouts and effectively teaches skill work. You won't find a more positive and upbeat coach than James. Now in times of covid I feel confident in their procedures to keep us safe. Between Debbie, the Coaches and awesome members I am very happy to have joined.
