Dont believe them when they give you a price or a print out of what you will pay. They change it every time. I was supposed to pay 900 dollars for the second part of an implant, and they conveniently left off "two procedures" that made that 900 dollars climb to 2100. To say i was disappointed is an understatement. I will make sure everyone i know hears about this. The price gouging once they get you started is outrageous. Dr. Li and his staff are always so kind and helpful. They understand my anxiety when it comes to dental experiences. I have known Dr. Li for over 15 years now, and had to go elsewhere for a dental emergency recently. Big mistake! Next time, I’ll make the extra drive to see Dr. Li. He knows me as a patient, friend, stays aware of my medical history, and always keeps in mind my health situation. I cannot sing his praises enough.
5/8 Update Front Desk called me to go over how much money I would owe then Monday for the work to be done. She tells me the amount & the procedures. I ask about the impressions for my partial. She said it’s in the treatment plan but we don’t have it down for that day. I said no this is unacceptable. At my last appt, I made sure they knew I was expecting my impression to be done at my next appt which was Monday. Not to drag this out.
