One of the worst PM companies we've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. As a commercial tenant, inquiries (emails and phone calls) were never replied to in a timely manner, and SPM K.F. was truly a pain to deal: just rude and condescending in every sparce interaction. Every company interaction from the general reception to dealing with the SPM was ALWAYS unprofessional with a condescending tone and riddled with errors.
Location: Commerce at Citi Brief Incident: Hit and run in parking. No security cameras in any parking level. Only camera is at parking entrance. Emailed staff for footage/image from a certain date and time, within 1 to 2 days of incident. No response to email. Not even a simple 'No' ICBC took this chance to get money from me for repairs to car.
I had a frustrating experience with Warrington PCI. After finding a new tenant for my apartment—including handling showings, applications, and submitting the paperwork—they became unresponsive. Despite multiple calls and emails, I received no communication, leaving both me and the new tenant in the dark just five days before move-out. We are contractors dealing specifically with Jason and Pam. Both are outstanding managers and on top of their game. Easy to deal with and very up front and straightforward. Jason has demonstrated he understands how contractors work and treats our sites that we maintain for WPM like they are part of his personal property.
