What management? Its impossible to get an answer from them and when you do it's a lie. We have been dealing with issues since we moved in and have had to ask multiple times to get any one issue fixed. Current balcony renovations were supposed to be finished in 4 months, however, we are almost at the year mark and it's still ongoing. Managers here have a complete lack of foresight, initiative and most importantly, empathy.
