I had lived at the Warrington for over 4 years. The maintenance guys were great, but the front office likes to over promise and under deliver. Upon signing my 4th lease to stay in the community they offered me a free carpet cleaning as a bonus for staying with them. Well due to the ongoing pandemic I was unable to claim the carpet cleaning. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU FILL OUT YOUR APT FORM WHEN MOVING IN AND CHECK EVERYTHING AND THEN WHEN YOU DO THE WALK THRU, THEY WILL TRY TO STICK YOU WITH EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WHEN YOU MOVED IN, I HAVE TWO GIRLS THAT LIVED ABOVE ME AND HAD PARTIES ALL HOURS AND MADE SO MUCH NOISE, BUT ONE TIME MY SON MADE SOME NOISE THEY THREW A FIT AND THREATNED TO EVICT ME.
