One of the best places in Berkeley to live! Priscilla, Eric, and the Warring Street crew do it right. 3 years of my time at Berkeley were spent at Warring Street and I would have it no other way. Spacious apartment, responsive management, and a great community. If you’re leaving the dorms and looking for a place to live, look no further than Warring Street Apartments.
This was the best Berkeley Apartment experience I've had. Priscilla was amazing, always answered emails/calls/texts SO quickly. She was an amazing landlord. The apartments are great and were maintained very nice. They had cleaners come often and had a great laundry room. I highly recommend these apartments!!!
Towed a car from a spot that is paid $150 for. They lack response and seem not to care at all.
We’re moving our daughter in next month and want to thanks Priscilla for all her help and guidance through everything. We met with the maintenance supervisor and he also was able to show us around. Thank you and we look forward to visiting our daughter as much as we can!
Convenient location. Very close to Berkeley campus and many restaurants and sights. Very close to sorority and fraternity houses so thats fun. Outside of building is a little worn but apartments themselves are very nice. Management is usually pretty quick with maintenance and other issues. Garage is secure and I haven't had trouble parking my car. Elevator inside the building is a little slow but more convenient than stairs. Overall, a great place to live while going to UCB.
