The staff here are very kind, nice and compassionate. They dont make me feel bad if I cant afford all the tests and treatments. they explain everything as we go along and discuss ways to be able to afford what i need to get done. When I had 2 pets pass away of old age within 3 weeks of each other, they remembered my situation and went out of their way to make sure I was ok with going into the same exam room that my 1st pet was in. Will never go anywhere else!! After a misdiagnosis from another vet in Evansville, won't mention there name but will say they are next to pets mart. After spending 250 there and dog still very sick, The doctor at Warrick in Newburgh took us in as a emergency appt, was extremely thorough. Thank you dr John for everything !!!! Miss Minnie is well in her way to feeling better.
I just felt like I had to let people know how nice the people are that work here ! Lindsay and Dr. Jordan Baker worked with us today -they know I have a pet allergies and so I'm usually miserable while we're there ... But he literally let me stay outside and came out to check my dog so I wouldn't be miserable. Wow - talk about above and beyond! I am just so grateful for what they do but more importantly how they care about my pet's welfare as much as I do. Thank you so much!!!
I was very pleased with our visit. Great staff that obviously loves animals and are very kind and gentle.
Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and good with the animals. My cat Woody is not a fan of going to the vet for any reason but he must have sensed he was in good hands because he submitted well to their care. Thank you all.
I trust the people at warrick vet clinic, they have a very knowledgeable staff and they exceeded my expectations for service.
During a very difficult and trying time the staff was amazing. Never giving up on Lady and going above and beyond to help her heal. They spent so much time with her. They truly were another family for her. She bonded with everyone there. I do not believe there is another facility who would have done all the things to help her.
