Do not rent here under any conditions. Renting here was possibly the worst mistake of my life. This was over a year ago, and I am in a much better place now, but I felt I had to leave this review to prevent others from making the same mistake. The apartments look nice at a glance but staying there will be a living nightmare. - Maintenance took 3 months to fix my air conditioner. The maintenance person they sent was very unprofessional and failed to fix my AC unit after several attempts and would just mark the issue resolved ... read more
Office staff is always welcoming and accommodating! Mycah and Dawn are always willing to help with any needs brought to their attention. Rodger and Harry are excellent maintenance staff. We have had a few unpredictable maintenance issues and we had timely intervention each time thanks to Rodger and Harry!
Truthfully I never really got over the escaped suspect (criminal?) that police were looking for in the area. Scary situation. Just didn't feel safe at night alone there after despite my best efforts.
Do yourself a favor and try elsewhere. The amount of rent you pay here is not worth the hassle. Maintenance is slow to work on anything. I had a water leak for 10+ days before it was ever addressed and then was charged for the higher water bill. After months of back and forth I was finally given a credit. The ONLY internet that is provided does not work half the time, so if you wfh go some place else that offers multiple carriers. Watch communications is the only internet that is offered… Other buildings have had pest issues... read more
