Went in to get my engagement ring appraised for insurance and the woman who was not the appraiser was taking down my information to give to the appraiser and when I told her about my ring she made rude comments about the quality, when I pushed back saying I chose to have less carrots she continued with unwelcomed comments about what "fine jewelry should be"
Shout out and a heartfelt “thank you” to the lovely folks at Warrick Jewelers in Douglassville. They patiently helped me choose a new wedding band. Then, when I had some problems with it, they tried to resolve it. When it was clear that the problem was continuing, I was issued a full credit for the ring and ended up buying a similar but larger band. Always pleasant and cheerful, it was a totally positive experience working with this staff
