This is not the same practice as when we started. The new vet we had today was kind enough, but neglected to explain that we would need a booster to the vaccination that he and his assistant recommended today. It’s a new vaccine for our pup (and optional). Unfortunately, we are not able to come back during the timeframe that the booster is needed. In addition, we would be charged for the booster. We took our dogs here for the first time since moving to Naperville. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and friendly and they treated my dogs like their own. They don’t nickel and dime you like other places do and they did a very thorough job during examinations. Happy to find such a wonderful vet so close the home!
I want to thank all the staff for taking their time in signing this and giving their condolences to my family for the loss of my dog. From first phone call I made to your facility you explain the procedure of what can be done with my dog and took us in immediately. You guys were patient, accommodating to my dog and my family and can thank you enough for all your help and being their for our pets and families. Thank you again!!!!
We took my cat in to get her nails trimmed today and um yikes. She is a feisty little sasspot who doesn't do well with strangers touching her and I understand that HOWEVER, we were told they would attempt to hold her down and if that didn't work they would sedate her. I am fine with that. Instead we were told she was too feisty and they didn't do anything but check her heart INSTEAD OF SEDATING HER LIKE WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD, but that she will need to be sedated for ANY visit now that they've seen how she acts anyway.
