Not a perfect experience, but one that was made right with excellent communication and service. Wrong part ordered necessitated a return visit the next day. Then the service done to my vehicle was not exactly what I expected. When Justin followed up with me via a text the following day, I explained my concerns. Justin and his crew did a great job on my AC repair. I grew up working in my father’s auto repair garage so knew the prices they quoted me were fair on all the repairs. If you’re nearby, this is a trust worthy auto repair. 👍🏽
Incredible service and even more incredible people and customer service! I brought in my SUV to get a second opinion and they came in lower than my others (and it included an oil change too!). They are all very friendly and personable and truly work for their customers. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Justin and PW Auto Clinic.
I am always welcomed so nicely when I come in and reassured my car issues will be resolved. The team here lets me know when I’ve worried over nothing or when there’s an issue that must be addressed. Their fees are always fair and worth the work and attentive service they offer. With a teenager learning to drive, I’m reassured our car is running safely and at its best after being serviced here.
The days of Jim and then Todd are gone but dont be fooled with these young'ens they get the job done on cost and are very professional. PM will be my go to from here on out
