They do not stand behind their work. Had balancing problems 6 months ago and purchased new Bridgestone tires and new wheel they said was out of round. After doing the work, still a shimmy and they did a rebalancing with a more precise method. Not perfect, but acceptable 10k miles later went for rotation and rebalance under paid extra plan. Now shimmying at lower speeds. Warrenton Tire and Auto is an amazing business, and has always provided great care to our family. They have never hesitated to help in short notice, even when I didnt have an appointment.
I have taken many cars to this shop and campers for inspection for several years. Today I brought in my camper for inspection and was told the inspector wouldnt inspect it because it was cold and rainy. I was told to come back. No appointment just come back later. I went up the street to another station and they did the inspection with no problems at all. They used a blow torch to warm the spot for the sticker which was in a dry area. Had to get a new tire. Fast, quick and efficient.
Great service and prices. Tires were installed and ready as promised. Shop crew was friendly and helpful. They even noticed I was down two quarts of oil. Definitely a customer now!
