My only very minor complaint is that she has a voice that was too loud for me. She might reduce the volume a bit. I could have turned off my hearing aids and could have politely asked her to lower the volume a bit.
I went to Warrenton Dermatology for my periodic skin check and the team including PA Danielle, Dr Caballero and the nurse assistant were very thorough and professional. I’m very comfortable with the team.
Danielle is an outstanding provider. Thoughtful, thorough, kind, and patient. She does a great job of explaining everything in understandable terms. A++++++++ I will say that the practice needs some process improvements to their phone system staffing. It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, and one has to leave a message and wait for a return call. P.S.: I was 5 minutes late yesterday, due to roadway work.
