A little unhappy about the lack of service provided. After going off the road this morning, I waited almost two hours for a tow. Finally I let some passerbys pull me out since it didn't seem like they would ever arrive. Just as they finished the less than a minute pull out, the tow driver arrived. He made me pay for services that he didn't do because he couldn't find me. I gave pretty clear and concise directions for two major roads in town and another passerby gave them even clearer directions to exactly where I was. Basica... read more
Unfortunately I have had to visit their shop multiple times this year, but they are amazing! Their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding!
