0 Star : My Experience Somebody got in a hurry to "close out" the job before the car was submitted for QC examination. The outside of the vehicle shined like a new silver dollar. The inside was the polar opposite. There was a white powder all over the back end inside. There was a panel unsecured also. I arranged with the manager for a return to the shop to finish the job. We are not mad. Just disappointment that it happened. It has not altered my general satisfaction with the shop or the employees.
