Warren's denied my AAA service request for a flat repair two miles down Sand Creek Road on a -7F degree night. They said they'd come out for 225 dollars plus a 50 dollar "offroad" fee instead. Furthermore they maintained they do not have to assist because the road mentioned above is not a county maintained road. I have a rapport with Albany County Road and Bridge, it is 100% a county maintained road that receives grading and plow services after primary and secondary roads. No good and no friendly people!!!
So, my car lost power and i was broke down at exit 345. I called warrens towing and repair. They were very kind on the phone and arrived within about an hour. As the truck was just returning from a trip to Denver. Upon arriving the truck was nice and clean along with the driver. But he wasn't the brightest. I was pulling a small trailer. So, to get my car loaded he needed to unhook my trailer. So, he pulls a block out to put behind the trailer tire. But he was placing it in the uphill side 🤦.
