They were the contract company that Lowe’s sent out to install a kitchen faucet. They rescheduled 3 times before they actually came out. After installation a part of the sink started leaking. We contacted them back and they said that it’s not their work to fix. And tried to complain that they do contract work and don’t get paid enough. But they did not complete our faucet installation all the way. They are refusing to come back and fix the part that is leaking, and saying it was not their fault. They said their service fee was 85 dollars. When one of the workers got here I asked what their service fee covered and I was told it covered an hour of work. Well, they completed the job in an hour and charged me 85 dollars for the hour, but than added the (service fee) on top of that. So in total it was $170 for an hour of work.
Awesome team to have get my building done. Had some siding done and new windows put in. thanks again guys
