VERY DISORGANIZED AND FRUSTRATING! Terrible experience due to a complete lack of communication and customer service. My first imaging appointment was canceled because of an authorization issue, and no one informed me. At my second appointment, the office still hadn’t sent my imaging order, leaving me waiting for hours.
Very nice staffs but the waiting time is so much here.. that's the worst part I hate about this clinic it sometimes tskes 2-3 hrs
My biggest issue is the over 1hr to 2hr wait for absolutely no logical reason. Took an appointment, got there on time, no one in waiting room.... almost two hour wait everytime.... honestly makes you go to urgent care instead of being disrespected. Get inside, make you wait again for a ridiculously long time, again with an appointment and no one in waiting room.. terrible care
.I I highly recommend receiving treatment at this Clinic. .. Very professional Doctor and TeamThey are wonderful- both medically and on a human level. I really appreciate them
