I remember them refusing me as a patient and failed to refill my tramadol prescription which left me and severe withdrawal because my doctor was on vacation what a sick joke got to be more that goes on at this practice than just patient care questionable practice in my opinion looking back after 5 years everything happens for a reason because I no longer take that

I will be looking for a new primary. I have been going here for about 10 years and have never felt less cared for as a patient. They do not have the band with to care for their patients the way they should. Appt times are never kept. I have always had to wait at least an hour past my appt time. Most recently, I literally waited 2.5 hours past my appt time. I haven't had a chance to find a new dr but have been having issues with my neck for 3 weeks now.
